Cinnamon Roll

So we picked up a couple of cinnamon rolls after going to the farmers market this morning.

Alice wanted a taste and started working her charm on her daddy.

What's that?

Let me just touch it.

Come on! Just a little nibble...

Pretty please!

A little taste.

Mmmm...

Let me try it again.

Oh that's good!

Muddy

I was outside watering the plants with Alice and when I had my back turned she started playing in some mud.

So I said what the heck, and stripped her down to her diaper and let her go at it.

The end.

Raisins

It's been interesting as a parent experiencing those moments when it hits you that your baby is growing up.

Because Alice has been walking since she was 9 months old, she was a "toddler" much earlier than most.

But I still didn't see her as one, she was still a baby.

Even with her 1st birthday she still seemed like a baby to me.

But one day we went to Whole Foods and they have a kids area when you leave where a child can get a free treat and just for fun I grabbed a box of raisins for Alice.

I gave it to her in the car expecting her to shake it and chew on the box then maybe dump raisins everywhere.

I was surprised when we got home to see her picking raisins out of the box and eating them.

And that was when it hit me.

She isn't a baby anymore!

She is a child!

Silly I know, but it kinda blew my mind.

So here are some pictures of my child, eating raisins.
