Beer Brewing Cookies

Stephen brewed some beer yesterday.

I hope it turns out well.

He is always so grumpy when it doesn't.

I was excited to finally use the spent grains (those are the grains that are seeped and then discarded in beer brewing) in a recipe I found.

I used the spent grains and made cookies!



They weren't bad but the grains were a little crunchy.

I then had the dilemma of deciding whether or not to offer some to the Mormons who came over...
